Items need to be returned within 14 days in original condition with tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
Jewellery and Headwear may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless deemed faulty.

Binny Bowe Boutique uses Australia Post Satchels with tracking.  Please note that once an item is declared as delivered by Australia Post, risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient. But we are happy to assist with enquiries if your parcel is missing.

 Please note I am in Country QLD so postage time to areas such as WA or Tas can take 5 to 7 business days. NSW and Victoria is normally 2 to 4 days and QLD 1 to 3 days. Express post is also available and can be selected on the listing after purchasing. I am in Country QLD so not in the express network but most parcels will arrive within 1 - 3 working days across Australia.
