Return Details - Updated 24/12/21
All returns will now only be eligible for a Store Credit. - 
Credit notes do not have an expiry date and can be used to purchase any item from our online boutique.
Please note there is NO RETURNS on items that are on sale.  (Under the Sales Menu). Full priced items that receive a % Off in promotions WILL BE eligible to be returned for a store credit. 


 Here at Binny Bowe Boutique we value our customers and understand that buying online can be difficult with sizing. We are more then happy to assist you with sizing before you purchase. Please message us or phone 0407663270 during business  hours and we are happy to provide measurements to you.

We are only a small country boutique and unfortunately we are no longer able to provide a refund on returned items. If you receive an item that does not fit, a Store Credit will be issued for any returns from Orders placed from the 24th December 2021. 

If you wish to return/exchange an item, contact us via e-mail - or telephone within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.  If you contact us by telephone, please call 0407663270 on Monday to Friday -  9 am - 4 pm.  All items being returned should be packaged well and sent with a tracking number.  Please return item/s with original tags attached and a copy of your original receipt to:

Please include your full name, address, contact number. .  PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Binny Bowe Boutique DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT but we will assist you with your enquiries to Australia Post if you have not received your purchase.

Postage will NOT be refunded on items that are returned for a store credit due to wrong size. Postage fees are also the customer's responsibility on any items that are exchanged.  We DO NOT offer EXCHANGES or RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS GRANTED ON SALE ITEMS.  Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on jewellery or head wear items.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or not the item you have ordered, please contact us immediately for assistance.  PLEASE NOTE: It is at the manufacturer's discretion to determine if an item is faulty.   In this instance, you may receive a repair or replacement complimentary.  If a repair or replacement is not possible, then you will receive a full refund.

Binny Bowe Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of saleable quality and/or has been worn, altered or washed. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item to the customer will remain the responsibility of the customer and no exchange or credit note will be issued.

NB:  All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch in order to ensure they are in perfect condition.  We also photograph every item closely prior to dispatching orders.  False claims made by any customer regarding the condition of an item upon receipt will not be accepted as an excuse to obtain a refund on the item.
