Here at Binny Bowe Boutique we value our customers and understand that buying online can be difficult with sizing. We are more then happy to assist you with sizing before you purchase. Please message us or phone during business hours and we are happy to provide measurements to you.
If you receive an item that does not fit, a Store Credit, Exchange or Item Refund is available on FULL PRICED items ONLY. Please note we are only a small country boutique so a $5 restocking fee will be charged on all returns where a refund is requested. If a store credit is selected, the restocking fee will not be charged.

If you contact us by telephone, please call 0407663270 on Tuesday - Friday - 9 am - 4 pm. All items being returned should be packaged well and sent via registered post. Please include your full name, address, contact number, and indicate if you would prefer an exchange or credit note. Please notify us by e-mail once you have returned the item and provide us with the registered post tracking number. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Binny Bowe Boutique DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT but we will assist you with your enquiries if you have not received your purchase.
Postage will NOT be refunded on items that are returned for a refund due to wrong size. Postage fees are the customer's responsibility on any items that are exchanged. We DO NOT offer EXCHANGES or RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS GRANTED ON SALE ITEMS. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on jewellery or head wear items.
Credit notes do not have an expiry date and can be used to purchase any item from our online boutique. In the instance of a credit note, you will be issued with a credit note coupon code.
If you believe you have received a faulty item or not the item you have ordered, please contact us immediately for assistance. PLEASE NOTE: It is at the manufacturer's discretion to determine if an item is faulty. In this instance, you may receive a repair or replacement complimentary. If a repair or replacement is not possible, then you will receive a full refund.
Binny Bowe Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of saleable quality and/or has been worn, altered or washed. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item to the customer will remain the responsibility of the customer and no exchange or credit note will be issued.
NB: All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch in order to ensure they are in perfect condition. We also photograph every item closely prior to dispatching orders. False claims made by any customer regarding the condition of an item upon receipt will not be accepted as an excuse to obtain a refund on the item.
