Return Policy

 

 Here at Binny Bowe Boutique we value our customers and understand that buying online can be difficult with sizing. We are more then happy to assist you with sizing before you purchase. Please message us or phone during business  hours.

Upon receiving your purchase, we advise you to try your garment/s / shoes on immediately to ensure that you have selected the correct size, received the correct size and that you are satisfied with your item/s. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your online selection, we are pleased to offer the following return policy in accordance with The Office of Fair Trading:

If you receive an item that does not fit, a Store Credit, Exchange or Item Refund is available on FULL PRICED items ONLY. All items must be returned to the below postal address within 14 days of receipt. ONLY items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL SWING TAGS AND LABELING STILL ATTACHED will be accepted. If you receive the incorrect item (as per invoice), you are entitled to a FULL REFUND. The refund/return policy only applies to items bought ONLINE and not in store. Please contact our store to discuss and let us help guide you to a hassle free option.

Postage and online After Pay fees will NOT be refunded on full priced items that are returned for a refund. Postage fees are the customer's responsibility on any items that are exchanged.  We DO NOT offer EXCHANGES or RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS GRANTED ON SALE ITEMS.  Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on jewellery or head wear items.

Binny Bowe Boutique DOES NOT OFFER A REFUND IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER PLACING / RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.  A credit note or exchange will be issued upon receiving any returned items provided the items are of saleable quality and remain in a brand new condition i.e. HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS AND LABELING STILL ATTACHED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Credit notes are valid for 6 MONTHS from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any item from our online boutique, as well as in our physical store.  In the instance of a credit note, you will be issued with a credit note coupon code. 

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately for assistance.  PLEASE NOTE: It is at the manufacturer's discretion to determine if an item is faulty (which may take some time as the item will have to be returned to the manufacturer for examination).  In this instance, you may receive a repair or replacement complimentary.  If a repair or replacement is not possible, then you will receive a full refund.

Binny Bowe Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of saleable quality and/or has been worn, altered or washed. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item to the customer will remain the responsibility of the customer and no exchange or credit note will be issued.

NB:  All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch in order to ensure they are in perfect condition.  We also photograph every item closely prior to dispatching orders.  False claims made by any customer regarding the condition of an item upon receipt will not be accepted as an excuse to obtain a refund on the item.

Refunds by law In Australia consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund for goods purchased from a business if the goods are faulty.

 

ANY CLAIM MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE.

If you wish to return/exchange an item, contact us via e-mail or telephone within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.  If you contact us by telephone, please call 0407663270 on Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm.  All items being returned should be packaged well and sent via registered post.  Please return item/s with original tags attached and a copy of your original receipt to:
