When purchasing online please select carefully by checking our size guides or by messaging (Open 24/7) or calling us during business hours as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect fit. However, we understand that purchasing online is difficult and you may not be happy with your garment; therefore we are happy to offer you a Store Credit that does not expire on all full priced items.

PLEASE NOTE ITEMS IN OUR MID SEASON SALES COLLECTION CANNOT BE RETURNED*. 

Items need to be returned within 14 days in original condition with tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
Jewellery and Headwear may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless deemed faulty. 
Binny Bowe Boutique reserves the right to reject items which are not received in the same condition in which they were purchased. 

*Faulty items: if you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email us and provide a photo with the fault.  Please email binnybowe@bigpond.com with your return query.  *This includes full priced and sale items.

 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - We believe in speedy delivery so all orders received by 2 pm Tuesday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Please note we are closed on a Monday so all orders placed after 11.30am on a Saturday will be posted on the Tuesday.

Binny Bowe Boutique uses Australia Post Satchels with tracking.  Please note that once an item is declared as delivered by Australia Post, risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient. But we are happy to assist with enquiries if your parcel is missing.

 Please note I am in Country QLD so postage time to areas such as WA or Tas can take 5 to 7 business days. NSW and Victoria is normally 2 to 4 days and QLD 1 to 3 days. Express post is also available and can be selected on the listing after purchasing. I am in Country QLD so not in the express network but most parcels will arrive within 1 - 3 working days across Australia.
